Scope of Services. Through this Site, J&B Towing Services markets and arranges Breakdown Assistance, Roadside Assistance, Vehicle Recovery, Flatbed Towing, Vehicle Towing, Wheel-Lift Towing. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by J&B Towing Services or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Account Closure. J&B Towing Services reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. J&B Towing Services makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, J&B Towing Services's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid J&B Towing Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold J&B Towing Services harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under IN law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in IN for any related dispute.
